Colleen continues to operate "on automatic" for us, and when there are changes she adjusts easily. This time we wouldn't let her do the dining room because the dreaded income tax paperwork was spread out all over the big table and the least swish of air would disturb it. No problem, she just went around. Previous visit was also good: There was a scheduling change and Coleen was supposed to slide to afternoon, then she was changed to Chelsea, then Chelsea was changed to Sumer as management pitched in. Sumer appeared out of nowhere (she lives a couple of blocks away) and also functioned on automatic as she used to be our cleaner in her previous life. Nice recovery by all involved.
