Launch 27/TSheets App Instructions
BEFORE YOU DRIVE THERE:
Click on the booking/appointment that you are about to drive to
Click Check Into My Appointment
Click I’m on my way
- Can click I need directions if you need to map it
- When you click on my way it clocks you in and tracks your mileage, which is very important
WHEN YOU GET THERE:
Immediately clock in on TSheets
- You can clock in under any client’s name, doesn’t matter
In Launch27 click I have arrived
- If you are running late, click I’m running late and explain why
- If you need to cancel your timer on the way to the clean, click Cancel my progress and it will delete it
A pop up will appear to confirm your travel time, click confirm
If there are any notes on their account a pop up will come up showing any comments for the booking
- Customer notes are directly from the client – they can input them online through our new portal
- Staff notes are notes we enter in the office
AFTER YOU’VE CHECKED IN TO A CLEAN:
If you want to add comments or tell the office something about the clean, click Comments and leave a comment – they are emailed to the office so we can add them or review them as needed (example: “husband asked that I skip the master bedroom” or “client left a note asking us double check the kitchen floors”
You can add pictures under the job pictures tab
If you take a break during the clean, pause the timer so the client is not billed for that time
When done click complete job
Can add additional comments if needed
Click Complete checkout at the bottom
Then select ok on the pop up
