What are you looking for in applicants?

We are looking for applicants that have a steady work history, don’t have conflicting schedules, are upbeat and positive, willing to work hard, trustworthy and genuine. 

Who should I use as a reference?

We love to talk to previous/current managers, supervisors and co-workers. They give us the best information about your work history and performance. Family members and friends are generally not good references.

How are background checks completed?

We use a company called GoodHire to run our background checks. We pay for the background check upfront and it is done entirely online. You will recieve an email from GoodHire that will walk you through the process of entering in your information on their website. 

How are drug tests completed?

We use US Healthworks to process our drug tests. There are several locations around the South Sound and you can choose which location works best for you. They are open evenings and weekends and you don’t need to schedule an appointment in advance. We will give you a form to bring with you that will provide them with the information they need to administer the test and bill us directly, so you are not responsible for the cost. Drug test results will then be emailed to us, usually the same day.
